THE GOSPEL
LIFE IS SHORT

Life is so short; it's like a vapour. We spend our time busy and distracted, building our earthly kingdoms and storing up treasures. We work hard to prolong our days and live by the YOLO moto, You Only Live Once.
We live for this life and forget about forever, but everything in this life will fade and God's word will remain. The world's hope is temporal but God's is eternal.
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever. Isaiah 40:8
We desire to live because God has set eternity in our hearts; we have infinite worth and purpose.
THE GOSPEL

In our freewill, we each have chosen to go our own way. We have put the God who gave us breath last in our life. We all have sinned and fall short of God's glorious perfection.
Yet in love, God sent His beloved Son to live the perfect life and die the most painful death in our place. He rose again offering us new life and eternity forever with Him.

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16

All we must do is turn from our sin and put our faith and trust in Him. This involves choosing to no longer go our own way but His.
Lovers of Jesus can get to know Him more through His word, prayer, and a bible-centred church. He will become their first love.

LIFE TO THE FULL

We aren't promised an easy life but in the storms we will have Jesus with us, saying, "Peace Be Still." We can live life to the full with faith, hope, joy and freedom.
Mark 4:39; John 10:10

ETERNITY IS FOREVER

Time is fleeting and each birthday seems to come round more quickly. We aren't promised tomorrow but we can secure our forever.
Today is the Day of Salvation.
2 Corinthians 6:2
Place your faith and trust in Jesus today. Begin a new life with Him and receive the assurance of Heaven. Store up salvation, faith, hope, love, joy and peace, write them on your heart and carry them to eternity.
Jesus said, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15
Life on earth is short but eternity is forever. It’s worth considering:
Where will you spend eternity?
