We offer shipping at the following rates:

FREE Shipping (Tracked 48) for Orders over £40! 

Please allow the above working days for your package to be prepared, packed, and delivered.

Our shipping cost is based on weight and size.

We ship to the UK only at present.

All times and dates given for the delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take up to 2 days longer than usual.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at present. If you would like to change your item, you will need to follow the returns & refunds process for your original purchase, and then re-purchase your preferred item. This will involve extra postage fees.

Thank you for purchasing our products at Eternal Treasures.

We hope you love your order, however if you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return a product purchased online with a valid receipt. Please note, earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

We are happy to offer a full refund for eligible items, up to 30 calendar days after your purchase. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 30 days following their purchase to ensure it meets your needs. 

Please note, the refund does not include postage.

Check your item is eligible!

To be eligible for a refund, all physical products, jewellery, and packaging must be in their original condition, with no marks or signs of use. Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to inform you whether it is eligible for refund.

Refund Payment Process

If your request is approved, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit or debit card) within 14 working days. Your bank may take up to an additional 7 working days to credit your account.

Please note, shipping costs are not refunded, unless items are faulty.

Refund Steps:

• Check your item is eligible for refund via our Returns & Refund Policy.
• Send a Message entitled ‘Request Refund’ via our 'Get In Touch' Section (located at the bottom of the Home page) with reasons for return & we will get back to you.
• Return your item within 30 days of purchase to address provided via email.
• When we receive your item, we will respond to let you know whether your item is eligible.
• If your item is eligible, we will gladly process your refund. This will be applied to your original payment within 14 working days. The time may vary based on your bank.
